Nothing Personal

Nothing Personal

‘Nothing Personal’ is the latest work by “Note” Kritsada Phakawatsuntorn, aka “Note Wolf”. This is his third solo exhibition following the previous one, ‘Flow’, in 2019. ‘Nothing Personal’ by Note is a collection of his favorite experiences from the childhood. Amusement, wild spirit, and humor are translated onto the sculptures of Marcel Duchamp’s portrait. Painted and decorated with various techniques so they appear as if Duchamp is wearing masks of Note’s favorite cartoon characters, for example, Dragon Ball, Nobita, and Mickey Mouse. The artist does not intend to convey a specific substance nor restriction when he decorated Duchamp’s faces. He simply wants to create joy and laughter for the viewers.
