Tom Hoops shot a commercial campaign for GB Kent and Sons. His goal was to demonstrate the brand’s unmatched heritage with images portraying rustic forest life of the British countryside.
Kent Brushes, established 1777, is one of UK’s oldest brands and is the indisputable maker of the fine handmade hairbrushes, toothbrushes and combs. Kent uses British wood logged traditionally with horses, so these photographs were a nod to the people who have for hundreds of years logged British forests.
Timbers are chosen from sustainable forests, selected for their beauty, grain, colour and suitability to be shaped, drilled and polished.
